Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact
  • Original packaging must be available

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective products. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Innerwear and personal use items
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Pickup

Our courier partner will arrange pickup from your address. In some cases, you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse.
